شاي رويال

I was skeptical about a chai that's supposed to help with slimming, but the spice blend is genuinely warm and comforting without any weird aftertaste. Steeping it loose leaf takes an extra minute, though it's worth it for the richer flavor compared to bagged versions.

The sample size was perfect for testing this out before committing to a bigger bag, and the spice blend is warm without being overpowering. I've been steeping it in the evenings instead of snacking, and it genuinely curbs my cravings.
