Die Oolong-Produktion unterscheidet sich von der üblichen Teeproduktion, da der Tee nur von außen nach innen halbfermentiert wird. Unser Milch-Oolong ist ein grüner Oolong – nur halbfermentiert und nur kurz getrocknet, mit vielen Ähnlichkeiten zum berühmten Hochgebirgstee.
