Cozy Chai

I've been drinking this after dinner instead of my usual black tea and I actually sleep better. The cardamom and clove come through strong, which is exactly what I want from a chai, and no caffeine means a second cup is fine.

Finally a chai I can drink after 8pm without lying awake till midnight — the rooibos base is smooth and the clove and cardamom come through nicely with a splash of oat milk. It's become my wind-down cup most nights.

The rooibos base is smooth and I do like that it's caffeine free, but the spice level is way milder than I expected from a chai. Steeped it five minutes hoping for more clove and cardamom, still came out kind of flat.
