Pineapple Blues - Sample

This is my new afternoon ritual. The pineapple really comes through in the dry leaf and lingers nicely after the blueberry sweetness fades, and it brews up smooth without any bitterness even when I let it sit a little long.

Steeped it for about three minutes and the cup came out a soft golden-green, with the pineapple sweetness riding underneath the grassy green tea instead of overpowering it. The blueberry note is subtle but real, and it's a nice change from my usual plain sencha.

The dry leaves smell like a sweet tropical punch, but once steeped, the green tea comes through mellow and smooth without any bitterness. I’ve been sipping it iced in the afternoons, and the blueberry-pineapple notes stay bright even as it cools.
