Pesca Dolce allo Zenzero

I was expecting the peach to get lost under all that ginger, but the chunks actually hold their own and keep it from being too spicy. It's become my nightly wind-down cup, and the warmth lingers just enough to feel cozy without being overwhelming.

The ginger heat builds gradually, not overwhelming—just a cozy warmth that lingers after each sip. Love how the peach chunks stay chunky and sweet even near the bottom of the cup.

The peach chunks are bigger than I expected and actually taste like real fruit, not candy. I was worried the ginger would overpower everything but it just leaves a warm tingle in the back of your throat. This has officially replaced my afternoon coffee.
