The mint comes through more than I expected, which I love for hot afternoons. One packet in the 2qt pitcher is plenty strong, and I've stopped buying bottled iced tea entirely.
I make a pitcher every Sunday night and it lasts me through the work week—the mint stays bright without ever turning bitter, even after two days in the fridge. The chamomile is calming enough that I've swapped my evening tea ritual for this cold version.
The loose-leaf blend steeps up beautifully in cold water overnight—no bitterness, just that soft chamomile with a cool mint finish. I made a full 2-quart batch for the week and it’s become my afternoon reset.
