I steep this loose leaf blend around 175 degrees for two minutes and it comes out crisp, not bitter like most green teas I've tried. The apple tartness hits first and then fades into a clean grassy finish, which makes it easy to drink plain without any sweetener.

The tart green apple flavor is genuinely sour, not that fake-sweet apple taste I was expecting, and it makes my afternoon iced tea actually something to look forward to. I've been drinking it instead of soda for a couple weeks and it's become a habit I don't have to force.
