I was skeptical about a fruity tea actually helping me wind down, but the lemongrass gives it this light citrus finish that's really calming. Steeped a cup around 9pm and was out cold before my show ended.

The mango and chamomile combo is surprisingly soothing—I've been sleeping through the night since starting this tea. The lemongrass adds a nice fresh note that keeps it from being too sweet.
