FUJIAN, CHINA:Onze Jasmijn Parels thee komt uit de Chinese provincie Fujian, een van de oudste en meest traditionele theeteeltgebieden in China. Fujian, met zijn milde, regenachtige, subtropische klimaat, is zeer beroemd om de traditionele productie van jasmijnthee. De landschappen veranderen dramatisch met de wisseling van de seizoenen, en de veranderingen van licht en schaduw van zonsopgang tot avondzonsondergang zijn een dagelijks terugkerend natuurspektakel.
