Lavendel

Steeped a spoonful in hot water before bed and the whole kitchen smelled like a flower field. The buds are whole and dried properly, not crushed to dust, so they hold up well in my tea strainer. Making a batch of lavender lemonade next.

The lavender buds are fragrant enough that my whole kitchen smells like a spa the moment I open the bag, and they brewed into a wonderfully calming tea with a light floral taste. I've already used some in a batch of shortbread and they held their color beautifully after baking.

The buds are plump and vividly purple, not dusty crumbs like some bags I've tried. I've been steeping it in hot water with a little honey before bed, and the relaxation kick is real. My soap-making batch also picked up a gentle, authentic scent that lingers nicely.
