I've been swapping my evening coffee for this lavender chamomile blend and the difference is real — I'm asleep within 20 minutes instead of tossing for an hour. The lavender comes through soft, not soapy, and since it's caffeine free I can have a mug at 9pm without regrets.
The chamomile is what makes this one work for me, not the lavender. I've been drinking a mug about an hour before bed and it's caffeine free so I don't lie awake after. Genuinely the most calming cup I've had in a while.
The lavender really comes through without tasting like soap, which is hard to find. I brew a cup about an hour before bed and the caffeine-free thing means I'm not lying awake later.
