I was worried hibiscus would make it too tart, but the raspberry keeps it juicy and just shy of sweet. Steeped it hot for about five minutes and it turned this deep ruby red that looks almost too pretty to drink.
I keep a big jar of this on my desk and it’s become the only tea I reach for in the afternoon—the raspberry pieces are so generous that every sip tastes freshly steeped, not watered down. The hibiscus gives it that beautiful deep pink color that makes me feel like I’m drinking something fancy.
The tangy hibiscus gives it just the right bite while the raspberry sweetness balances everything out. I've been reaching for this every afternoon since it arrived, and the bright color alone makes the cup feel like a treat.
