The strawberry and lemon balance is spot on, tart but not sour, and it doesn't need any sugar. I've been drinking a cup every afternoon and it genuinely tastes like cold lemonade, just warm.
I was expecting something artificial and instead got a genuinely fresh cup, the strawberry sweet against that bright lemon tartness. I've been drinking it hot in the evenings, and it's become my little ritual when I feel a scratchy throat coming on. Genuinely surprised how much I like it.
The tart lemon and sweet strawberry balance each other really well, no need for honey. I've been drinking a cup every afternoon and it actually makes me feel better about skipping soda.
