I've been making a pitcher of this every Sunday and it's gone by Wednesday. The elderberry comes through more than I expected, and since it's caffeine-free I can drink it after dinner without lying awake.

The hibiscus gives it just enough tartness to balance the sweet blueberry, and it’s genuinely delicious over ice. I’ve been sipping it all afternoon and it tastes just as good cold-brewed as it does steeped hot, which is a nice bonus for a caffeine-free option.

I was skeptical about cold brew tea packets, but these steep perfectly in the pitcher and the blueberry-hibiscus combo is genuinely refreshing without any caffeine jitters. Each pack makes a full 2 quarts, so one box lasts me over two weeks of daily sipping.
