Leite Dourado

I've been drinking this with warm milk before bed and the ginger gives it a nice little kick without being spicy. The turmeric and ginger combo has become my nightly wind-down, and I swear I've felt less run down this month.

The turmeric and ginger combo actually comes through without being overpowering, which surprised me since I usually find turmeric teas too earthy. I've been drinking a cup most evenings and it's become a nice wind-down ritual.

I've been swapping my afternoon coffee for a mug of this, and the turmeric and ginger actually come through without being bitter. It dissolves clean in hot milk and I've stayed sniffle-free through a rough winter.
