I was skeptical about a green tea blend actually helping curb my appetite, but this one really does take the edge off between lunch and dinner. The tropical berry-pineapple flavor makes it easy to drink plain, no sweetener needed, which I appreciate.

The blueberry-pineapple combo is sweeter than most plain green teas, so I actually look forward to drinking it in the afternoon. Only gripe is that the pineapple fades a bit if you steep it too long, but that's easy enough to fix.
