The rooibos base makes this a genuinely soothing evening cup—no caffeine jitters, just warm pumpkin and cinnamon that smells like a bakery in autumn. I've already gone through half the bag in a week, it's that easy to reach for when the weather turns chilly.
The cinnamon comes through first, then the pumpkin settles in behind it — way better balance than I expected for a rooibos blend. I've been drinking it every evening after dinner and it actually does feel calming without knocking me out. Already planning to order the bigger bag next time.
I was expecting the pumpkin to get lost behind the rooibos, but it actually holds its own with the cinnamon. Steeping it for about five minutes gives a cup that's sweet and spicy without needing any honey.
