ASSAM, INDIA:

La tenuta di tè Hunwal si trova nel distretto di Jorhat, nella regione indiana dell'Assam, a sud del fiume Brahmaputra. Gran parte della regione dell'Assam si trova a un'altitudine di 1000-4000 piedi sul livello del mare, il che le conferisce temperature più fresche rispetto ad altre regioni dell'India. Queste temperature fresche, insieme alle abbondanti piogge, accelerano lo sviluppo di qualità molto ricche e forti nelle foglie di tè nero.
