I honestly expected the cantaloupe to get lost next to the white tea, but it stays juicy all the way through and never turns perfumey. Steeping it a minute short keeps the melon bright instead of bitter, which took me a couple tries to figure out. My whole pitcher disappeared at brunch.
Brewed this iced on a hot afternoon and the white tea base stays silky without turning bitter, while the cantaloupe gives it that fresh, juicy finish. It’s become my go-to for a breezy pick-me-up.
The cantaloupe flavor is so sun-kissed and juicy, it genuinely tastes like summer in a cup—the white tea keeps it silky instead of sharp. I've been brewing it iced every afternoon and it stays breezy and refreshing without turning bitter.
