The hibiscus keeps it from tasting too sweet, which is usually my problem with fruity teas. I've been cold-brewing it overnight and drinking it over ice all afternoon. Genuinely tastes like a vacation in a glass.
I brewed a pitcher for a backyard get-together and it genuinely felt like a mini escape. The pineapple and hibiscus balance is spot-on, sweet enough that no one reached for sugar but still crisp from the white tea. Perfect for anyone who wants that tropical vibe without any effort.
The hibiscus comes through just enough to keep the pineapple from getting too sweet, and it steeps into a gorgeous rosy pink. I’ve already made a second pitcher because the white tea base stays smooth even when it cools down.
