I love how the spicy ginger cuts through the sweetness of the peach—it's the perfect cozy drink for winding down after a long day. The warmth really hits your core.
The peach chunks are surprisingly big and sweet, and they mellow out the ginger so it's warming without being harsh. Steeped this after dinner a few nights and it really does take the edge off my evening.
