I steep this chamomile blend for about five minutes before bed, and the lavender comes through without tasting like soap. Since it's caffeine free, I can have a mug at 9pm and still fall asleep easily.
I’m someone who can’t do caffeine after dinner, so this being naturally caffeine-free and sugar-free is a huge win. The chamomile flavor is soft and floral, not bitter, and it steeps into a calm, golden mug that genuinely unwinds my evening.
The loose chamomile steeps into such a gentle, flowery cup that I've started making it an hour before bed instead of scrolling my phone. No caffeine means I'm not lying awake at midnight, and the lavender note is subtle enough that it doesn't taste like soap.
