檸檬水生活

Steeped a mug of this on a scratchy-throat morning and the lime tang hit before the sweetness settled in. Nice that it's an herbal blend, so no caffeine jitters when I drink it late afternoon either.

The lime is genuinely tart, not that fake candy sweetness I was bracing for, and the herbal base keeps it from tasting like straight citrus. I keep a tin at my desk for the afternoons when I want something warm without caffeine.

I've been drinking this every morning instead of coffee and the tang wakes me up without the jitters. The herbal blend actually tastes sweet on its own, no honey needed.
