ANHUI, CHINA:

Onze melkoolongthee is een Tie Guan Yin oolongthee uit de regio Anhui in China. De productie van oolong verschilt van de gebruikelijke theeproductie, omdat de thee slechts half gefermenteerd is van buiten naar binnen. Onze melkoolong is een groene oolong – slechts half gefermenteerd en kort gedroogd, met veel overeenkomsten met de beroemde High Mountain-thee.
