The loose leaf brews up so much better than the bagged stuff I used to buy, and the mint keeps it from tasting like plain chamomile. I've been having a cup around 9pm instead of scrolling my phone and it genuinely helps me wind down.
The whole chamomile flowers steep into something way smoother than the dusty bagged stuff I grew up with, and the mint keeps it from tasting flat. I've been making a cup around 9pm and I'm asleep before my usual scrolling marathon.
I ordered the loose leaf instead of bags this time and the whole leaves unfurl nicely in my strainer, no dusty bits at the bottom of the cup. Steeping it about four minutes before bed has become the thing I look forward to most all day.
