I was skeptical about a mango tea actually helping me sleep, but the chamomile and lemongrass combo really does the trick. Steeping a cup about an hour before bed has become my favorite part of the night, and it's sweet enough that I don't need to add honey.
I was skeptical about a mango tea actually helping me sleep, but I'm out cold within twenty minutes of finishing a cup. The chamomile is definitely doing the heavy lifting, and the mango keeps it from tasting like straight grass.
The lemongrass gives it a nice light citrus edge instead of tasting like straight candy, which I appreciated. Only gripe is the mango fades a bit once it's steeped, but it still winds me down before bed.
