Unser japanischer Sencha-Grüntee wird in der Präfektur Kagoshima in Japan angebaut. Die Wetterbedingungen dort sind ideal für den Anbau von Tee und Obst. Kagoshima ist die zweitgrößte Teeanbauregion Japans und hat in letzter Zeit Anerkennung für den Anbau und die Verarbeitung von hochwertigen Grüntees erhalten.

I usually find green tea too bitter, but this sencha has a clean grassy flavor that stays smooth if you don't oversteep it. The vegetal notes really come through compared to matcha, which I've always found a bit heavier.
