Unser Milch-Oolong-Tee ist ein Tie-Guan-Yin-Oolong-Tee aus der Region Anhui in China. Die Oolong-Herstellung unterscheidet sich von der üblichen Teeherstellung, da der Tee nur halb von außen nach innen fermentiert wird. Unser Milch-Oolong ist ein grüner Oolong – nur halb fermentiert und nur kurz getrocknet, mit vielen Ähnlichkeiten zum berühmten Hochgebirgstee.
