I've been drinking this every morning with a splash of milk, and the toasty, smokey flavor is exactly what I want from an Assam. It's well balanced too, never bitter even when I accidentally let it steep a bit long.
The malty, oaky notes come through even without milk, which I wasn't expecting from an Assam. I've been drinking it every morning for two weeks and the tin's already half gone. Rebrews well too, still plenty of body on the second steep.
