当店のミルクウーロン茶は、中国安徽省産の鉄観音ウーロン茶です。ウーロン茶の製造は通常の茶製造とは異なり、茶葉が外側から内側へと半発酵のみ行われます。当店のミルクウーロンは緑色のウーロン茶で、半発酵後、短時間のみ乾燥させており、有名な高山茶と多くの類似点を持っています。

I usually add milk to my tea but this one genuinely doesn't need it. The natural creamy flavor that comes through when you steep it is wild, it's like dessert in a cup. Second steep was just as good too.
